Bjarne Flou, MBA in Strategic Management, Managing Director of Tunstall Healthcare
Mr. Flou has more than 15 years of experience as director of companies in international business. In 1991 Mr. Flou was cofounder of the product development consultancy company Penell. The company served industry leading companies in new products development and Penell was awarded as “Gazelle” high growth company in Denmark three years in a row from 1999 to 2001. The company was acquired by RTX Telecom in 2001 and the name changed to RTX Healthcare. Mr. Flou graduated as an electronic engineer in 1986 and with a MBA in Strategic Management from Business Institute, Aalborg, Denmark, in 2007.

Anthony Taroni, Sales Manager, USA and Canada
Mr. Taroni came to Tunstall Healthcare with over 18 years of experience in high technology sales, and Mr. Taroni is situated in San Jose, CA.
From since 1988 Anthony has worked for premiere technology companies in the San Francisco Bay area’s “Silicon Valley.”
During his career, Anthony has developed and managed sales teams and channels for PC hardware and consumer electronics products distribution across North America and Asia.
In 1988 Anthony graduated Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University in San Jose, California.

Bruno Graversen, Business Development Manager
Mr. Graversen has more than 6 years of experience as a project manager in the development of medical devices for international medical and healthcare companies, ranging from idea to mass production and including embedded software, hardware, industrial design and mechanics.
In 2006 Mr. Graversen was appointed as Business Development Manager of Tunstall Healthcare, with responsibility for the technology- and product roadmap, as well as being heavily involved in sales to large international customers.
Mr. Graversen graduated in 2000 from Engineering College in Aarhus as Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and has continuously joined education within management including an ongoing PreMBA in management at Business Institute Aalborg.

Niels Ole Andersen, Director of Operations
Mr. Andersen has more than 25 years experience within engineering management in companies with international approach.
Mr. Andersen’s background is engineering in electronics combined with continuously education within management including newest management theories like Systematic Management and Appreciative Inquiry.
During the last 6 years the focus has been moved to product definition and management within medical electronics, to support close relationship with customers with the goal to bring new products on the market with respect to costs and right timing.
Mr. Andersen is also responsible for the FDA approvals and the medical CE marking of the products.

Mikkel Hey, Production Manager, M.Sc.EE, GD.BA.Org.
Mr. Hey has 5 years of experience working in the electronics industry with production and assembly of electronic devices. Mr. Hey started his professional carrier at Bang & Olufsen, which is a manufacturer of high-end audio and visual electronics. In 2004 Mr. Hey joined the world-leading EMS provider Flextronics, where Mr. Hey was educated as a Six Sigma Black Belt and has used the method in several projects at Flextronics. At Flextronics Mr. Hey has worked as a project engineer on several different projects, spanning such areas as quality control, traceability MRP systems, product assembly, and LEAN streamlining. Mr. Hey was recruited into the Tunstall Healthcare team in the spring of 2006. Mr. Hey is graduated as an engineer in electronics in 2002 and in 2006 also received his Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with Organization as the main theme.

Yvonne D. Moerch, Bio Medical Engineer, Product Definition and Validation
Mrs. Moerchs main areas of responsibility are definition, verification, and validation of the healthcare products under development, in order to ensure that all clinical and usability requirements to the product are met. Mrs. Moerch is continuously in search of new ways of obtaining simplicity and reliability in the human aspect of device engineering.
Mrs. Moerch graduated as Biomedical Engineer with speciality in Medical Signals and Systems in 2005. Through the education as Biomedical Engineer, Mrs. Moerch has gained both engineering qualities as well as clinical insight and knowledge. Mrs. Moerch has worked in Tunstall Healthcare since June 2006.

Mikael Hvid, Application Manager
Mr. Hvid has 15 years of experience in product definition, project management and system integration within the field of telecommunication.
Mr. Hvid, who is a Danish citizen, relocated to the San Francisco bay area in 2004 where he among other tasks provided technical support for the Tunstall Healthcare product line within the US.
Mr. Hvid is responsible for technical support, technical sales support and customer training in the US, and will assist customers in the system specification and integration process.
Mr. Hvid graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from University of Southern Denmark in 1993 and has been a part of Tunstall Healthcare since 1999.
